Happy

Hello friends! Today I'm sharing a layout I created for the CSI Design Team.

Here is how I solved Case File 233:

Scheme: All five colors used
Evidence: Stripes, straws, flowers/leaves,
       watercolor, V shape
Testimony: I used the inspiration word, happiness

You can see my background work here: stamping, heat embossing, painting, and use of stencil/modeling paste for texture.

The straws were fun to use under the photo and some fussy cut pieces. I've had these straws forever in my stash, but never seemed to use them. I will be more open to using them in the future!

The journaling reads, "Happiness doesn't come cheap for Elizabeth. She has been collecting Christian Louboutoun shoes for years. They are so perfect for her, as she loves high heels because of her short frame.

All C.L.B.s have red soles...one of her favorite colors...just  a softer shade of red is her favorite color: pink.

Liz is one in a million and I hope she will always be happy, no matter what shoes she wears! "

    1. Thanks, Sharon! You know, I feel the same way. I'm glad she treats herself occasionally. Someday, when she is too old to wear those stiletto heels, she will have her memories and will probably still have the shoes, too. Thanks for your sweet comment!
